Frequent disconnects make this product unusable, highly dissapointed

I purchased two pairs of SmartCuffs after using BFR cuffs working with my physical therapist, which really has been helping me recover from chronic injuries. After a 6 week lead time and $600 later I was excited to finally get to try them at home. Only to be MASSIVELY disappointed that these time and time again disconnect from BlueTooth every 1 minute (yes the devices are charged, and yes I’m within Bluetooth range), making them completely useless. After each disconnect you need to redo the entire calibration procedure, so you spend twice as much time navigating menus as you do working out. The product otherwise seems great, but shame on whatever quality assurance engineer or manager pushed this through. An incredibly frustrating experience.

Awful Battery

This app is absolutely terrible and it is now required to use the 4.0 cuffs. Can never get the cuffs to stay connected and when I do, the battery is drained to zero before I even finish the workout. Customer service is non-existent.

Device frequently disconnects during workouts

I do not enjoy using this app. There seems to be 2 different ways to pair the devices to the app and I’ve had success with one of the methods. The LOP is very inconsistent. The cuffs disconnect from the app frequently so I have to reconnect and set the pressure multiple times while working with patients.
