Device frequently disconnects during workouts
I do not enjoy using this app. There seems to be 2 different ways to pair the devices to the app and I’ve had success with one of the methods. The LOP is very inconsistent. The cuffs disconnect from the app frequently so I have to reconnect and set the pressure multiple times while working with patients.frunked

The disconnect issue has been resolved with our latest hardware upgrades. The LOP algorithm and cuff have been upgraded as well to fix your reported issues.
