Great improvement across the board! From its easier search process to navigation to purchasing, it allows me to focus on what I’m looking for and less time interacting with bugs. Great work!
F for Customer service—no way to address no delivery
The website says there is live chat but does not exist. Product never came. Emailed 5 times and received no response to address the issue. Call credit card company to report fraud. Customer service number sends to loop of nothing—no help, no resolution, nada.
Terrible service
Waiting weeks for this to ship and I wrote customer service to tell them to cancel my order and no one even got back to me.

I LOVE Boisson and am so happy you exist! I want to share app feedback:
1. It would be awesome to be able to filter on zero proof and less than .5% I cannot have any alcohol and I’d love to be able to filter out all but the zero proof options
2. There seems to be a bug when I click on the nutrition tab, the app freezes and my only option is to go back - I can’t scroll anymore

Glitches-a-Plenty
The app itself is very glitchy. Not really sure how you can use the rewards as there doesn’t seem to be an option to actually use them. Many times, I have added items into my card only for the item or quantity to change upon checkout.
Finally, I have placed a fairly large order which has remained in “unfulfilled” status for almost a week now, with no response from Customer Support after multiple attempts, despite the fact I have already fully paid for the order.
Very disappointed with the app and the company as a whole.

Lots of Options; Very Helpful Customer Servicd
This store is stunning. Really amazed at all of the NA offerings. I came here to get the Phony Negroni, and the price was fair as was the shipping cost (which almost never happens). When my box arrived, it wasn’t packed very well and two bottles had broken. A bit of a mess to clear up, but the Boisson customer service was great. No questions, lots of apologies, and they sent out a replacement quickly. Added bonus: the referral deal is excellent for both the referrer and the recipient. Will definitely shop here again.

Rewards
The rewards club is deceptive. They nullify using any reward points on larger orders by removing any % off benefits of purchasing 6-12 items.
