No Customer Service
I used the app for month with no issues. Then it simply stopped working and wouldn’t let me log in. I receive a message stating “Something went wrong, please try again.” I even tried to set up a new account with a different email, same issue. I have sent multiple emails to the Customer Service email, only to receive automated messages stating that someone will contact me within 24 hours.Show lessJ Meyers
Gold level
When you reach gold, you should have 1 full year and if you complete a new 750 stars again within that year your membership expiration date should be extended for another full year from previous level expiration date.
But actually what happened is you will get fresh year starts at the time you fulfill your recent 750 stars requirement and ignore your previous level expiration date.Show lessEy.A

Comparability is horrible and does not let me log in to my account. Had a horrible headache trying to navigate the platform. Please do better. This is so disappointing.Gpark123
Gold Membership - Nothing Special
I thought I would get real benefits from the gold membership, it only makes your free drink comes faster but, u still have to spend a lot of money for it, no free shots, reduced costs, or anything special.
Don’t get hyped when u get the gold membership, it doesn’t worth it. It could take months before getting a single benefit from it, which is only an increase by one star from the normal membership.
Also, they give you a drink, not for free, but you can buy it before normal members by 3 days with the normal price they will sell it for.
