False advertising price
It gave two options and showed the year at $5 scrolled to look at info and saw no other pricing increase or anything listed. Suddenly a charge came through for $65. Will be fighting with my bank to dispute this I canceled the subscription as soon as I saw that and never used the app.Aiixhnei

Don’t understand
This has got to be the worst app I have ever used. Doesn’t even scan the pictures in my albums which is supposed to be a basic feature in a scanner app. On top of that, the “free trial” charges $0.99 per week. So I paid to get nothing. The editing features the app offers is trash. I can do better with a normal (free) editing mode. If it was free, I don’t really think I would’ve minded as much. If you’re going to take money (even if that’s $0.10) from the get go, I need to get better results than this.Show lessivantdosai

The way this app is pay walled is ridiculous. You can’t seem to use the app unless you pay. It’s annoying and just a waste of time, unless you pay you will be right back at square one.TobyRodger

Spinning wheel of death
I uploaded a 27 page document that was an image and it quickly and easily converted it to text. When I tried to use the output it did not work. I tried 3 different ways, first “copy all” which I’d planned to drop into a word file. This gave me only about 1 1/2 pages of the 27. I tried to export as pdf - spinning wheel of death. App crashed when deleting
I went to delete an image set and the app completely crashed. Restarted app, wouldn’t load. Restarted phone, same result. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, now I think the subscription is messed up I might have to pay twice. So annoyed.twodoggos

I signed up for the app when it said $5 for a year. Then as soon as I sign up i see that it is actually $60 per year, which is not worth it for me. Now I can’t get anyone to return my emails and it’s impossible to speak to anyone on the phone. I just want a refund.jt365479
You have to pay to play, period!
The interface is attractive and easy to use, but I’m unsure how they have such positive reviews since you have to pay to do ANYTHING on this app. There are other scanning apps out there that are free.Navr
