The app told me I would only be charged $0.99 for my trial. I was instead charged $1.99. The app is built on falseness. The whole reason I got the app was because I thought I’d be able to edit text already on a printed and or pdf document.No Ñame Found

If Apple charged you $1.99, it might be from another app or service that you're currently subscribed. Please, reach out to hello@magentaapps.com so we can verify this internally. If you would like to edit text from a printed document or PDF, ScanNow has two features for that: OCR - it will convert the text to editable text and you can copy and paste it elsewhere and/or Export option - you can convert any JPG or PDF into editable formats such as Txt, Word or Excel. If you’d like to export as a high definition picture, choose JPG, and then scroll down and you will find the option “Save Image”. It will save it in your iPhone’s Photos.
