Hopeful

I just downloaded this app. Don’t know yet if it deserves 5 stars but I’m hopeful.

Really good

I really like this app. I found out I have social anxiety a while ago and was trying to find a simple way to record how I felt each day. This app has been perfect for me. My only problem was that to begin with it was difficult to navigate but after the first couple days using it, I understand it a bit more now.

This app is a great resource and help for my struggles with anxiety

This app is a great tool when I feel very overwhelmed, anxious, or when I am going through an anxiety attack. By tracking my anxiety, the effort (mindfulness) it takes to type out and rate my levels of anxiety allows me to honestly see a glimpse of hope that my feelings of fear, guilt, and anxiety are manageable.
By tracking the triggers, I am more aware of what actually sets me spiraling downward into a paralyzing state due to my anxiety.
This app helps me recognize and track my triggers so that I’m am more focused and aware so my counseling sessions with my therapist are more productive and effective. It provides a road map for me to have an honest dialogue with my therapist.
I recommend this app for anyone who feels that anxiety is robbing them of their wellbeing and happiness they deserve in life.

App is wonderful keeps track of everything.

This app is great

I’m not using it for anxiety, but to track a couple of health issues I’m having so my doctor and I can figure out what exactly is triggering my symptoms. It’s amazing that with just a couple of changes I can use this app for exactly what I need it for.
