Love this game it’s very chill and cute however for the event I’ve been claiming some items and some items from the store but they don’t seem to be anywhere when I try to look for them. I’ve looked in the box and in the store inside the cats rooms but they aren’t there. Hopefully this is just a bug cause I would like my fire hydrantShow lessBenny5550
Brilliant game
The Netflix version of this game is a blessing it’s made gameplay way more enjoyable, I hated the constant repetitive merge game adverts on cats and soup, and how you always had to watch ads more than actually playing the game to get anywhere with it, so stopped playing but found this version and haven’t been able to stop playing! I love that gems can now be used to purchase special facilities in the store, and play points are such a good idea, plus if you have an excess on these you can use those in the store too! Graphics are beautiful, no ads and no I’m soo purchases, it’s perfect.Show lessHarlequin_gecko04
I lost all my progress
This was such a cute game and although I have only played it for a day I was so into it and spent my time being active to gain coins and all. Suddenly I lost all my progress when I opened the app again. I tried to delete the app, logged out of my Netflix account and deleted Netflix, downloaded Netflix and logged in with the same account again, and downloaded catsandsoup from Netflix. Still nothing came up. I will download catsandsoup from the original creator now instead of from Netflix. So disappointed :(Show lessjane mai
Less fun
This Netflix version has less events, less facilities, less skins, less cat characters, less costumes… less everything, compare to original version.farmgirl2021
Unable to get tech help
I would give this a 5, but if a serious problem arises, there us no technical help available, Netflix tech support is unable to help. I recently lost *all* my progress. Just <poof> everything was gone. I contacted Netflix tech support and after asking a bunch of questions, they just told me that it wasn't a problem on their end and that I should contact the app developers...but couldn't tell me how. When I finally found a way to contact them, they were completely unresponsive.
So, just know that you're on your own if you play this game.Show lessShadowwight
Fun- But Not As Good As Original
It’s convenient not having any ads, but I really don’t like how slow the progress is because everything is capped. If I want to use all of my play points to buy gems I shouldn’t have to wait 14 hours.haebaragim
Game reset and lost everything
I liked this game but don’t think I will be playing it anymore. I opened it to find a screen full of trees, and when I built the clearing, it was empty. I worked hard to fulfill the quests and was attached to my cats, so that was a shock. I looked in the reviews and saw that other people had had this problem too. This is more than the little bugs mentioned in the other reviews.Show lessicruise
Lost Everything.
Opened the app one day, and all my data was lost. When I opened the app, it was completely glitched out and nothing functioned properly with 0 cats, 0 currency. I had to delete the app and restart. Never encountered this issue with the original game, and I’m not the only one who had this issue. Please prevent this from happening again!Show lessPlayer for the last 3 months
