I had made my mom walk far down Lake Tahoe Boulevard and it was warm. On the way back to the cabin she saw this van and since it said “free” I got the app and we were able to get home very quickly. My mom really felt like it saved her day. Thanks Peggy!Reeny K

When is Lake Link coming?
When can we get service in the Tahoe keys? You have isolated us seniors for over 3 years. Can’t afford the parking fees in town. Can’t wait 2 hours in a hot grocery store parking lot for lake link to show up.Nevada395

Service Excellent App Failure
Too often I have continuously have the same exact issues. Says it will pick me up at said time and then it’s hour or more . It will go done to 5 mins example an change to 50 plus and do this over and over .

My lake link driver said he’d be here in 15 minutes and I had to wait 1 hour till they came😡😡😡.Too much ads change it
Worst service in Tahoe
It used to be good then they hired some really bad drivers who take their own routes. I have been late to work several times. Lately, they’ve been dropping people off at “estimated locations” due to a storm that happened 2 weeks ago. Seriously disorganized:Breadywills
Service is FANTASTIC. The App Is Terrible
The app doesn’t not work well. Hard to impossible to cancel a ride. Drivers show up after cancellation.
Making a reservation is ok, but lags a lot
The drivers are EXCELLENT I give them all 5 stars . They are helpful getting in and out of the SUV’s . They are all EXCELLENT drivers especially in bad weather.Show lessLifesaver
I love all the drivers! It makes it so easy to get around Tahoe if you’re flexible and can plan ahead. I wish there were more drivers so that the wait times can always be under 30 min.asianfemalemillenial
