What a piece of junk, you can’t even save any recordings if you’re using an SD card! It never records anything it gives you all these alarms, but there’s no video of any alarm how worthless!Jackie the wonder dog!

I bought this cámara at first is complicated to install because some instructions come on chinise one I can figure it out I installed and work for like 4 days now is not let me reset or do anything after stop working I’m unable to get to settings all it said is off line please someone give me the phone number to call customer service…La chiva f
To many pop up ads.
When all the pop ups go away it would be good. I paid for the cloud and still get pops up all the time. Now looking for a different company.Craig Longmire Russell

This product is so bad, definitely wasted my money. The app doesn't connect to cam, you get bombarded with ads non stop, unable to rewatch vids on the cam (so only live feed) bad product that im throwing out, and buying a ring camera.adicne
what a joke
gonna list my issues i have faced
1. Ads why an i forced 30 seconds ads i click the X guess what? i have to wait again to click another x
2nd. if im viewing my camera for a minute 20-40 seconds later it says something like “do you want to keep viewing the camera will run out battery” and if u dont click the pop up that says “continue” The app will log u out of the camera. makes 0 sense these camera never go under 100 battery percent
3. if u have to use this app to view your camera you bought, Good luckjames1729397
Why
Why can only one person be on the camera all my other cameras and the other apps I can put two phones on the cameras, but this app actually kicks one of the phones off so you literally can only have one person on the camera at a time if there’s a fix for that, please tell melisa1973love

SCAM CAM!!
There is not even a pretense of successful operation. Camera and app simply don’t work. The creator of this never planned on doing more than selling however much junk he could and bouncing. This isn’t even TRYING to FAKE legitimacy - it’s just worthless and cheap. Way worse than typical Chinese garbage- this is the Chinese garbage OF Chinese garbage. A billion ppl and every product from there is laughable. They are no threat to anything or anyone. They are a joke, and not even a funny one. They can’t even humiliate themselves effectively. They ought to stick to pork fried rice and soiled laundry. Too bad there isn’t a railroad they can provide the lowest form of labor for during the undesirable phases of construction.MoeRomo
