  • Great so far

    Overall, I've been really happy with the app and plan on sticking with it for a while. Looking forward to seeing new developments.

    Being able to choose progressions for different exercises and quickly switch between them during a workout has been a great feature.
    The number of progressions for each exercise is also very helpful. I haven't done any where I felt like there was too big a gap from one progression to the next.
    I like the variety of exercises available, and that there are plenty of weightlifting options despite the calisthenics focus. I can use all my equipment while keeping everything in one app.
    I’m coming to this app from Fitbod and haven't really missed it since switching. Comparing the two, Fitbod doesn't have much focus to it. It’s good for starting out, but Simple Calisthenics provides more useful long-term options.

  • My favorite fitness app

    This app is worth the money 10x over. It makes programming and executing my calisthenics progress completely effortless, and I’ve made incredible gains with this app’s approach. I’m always recommending this app to my friends who are interested in calisthenics!

    o your app is dope!

    I looked at other apps but what impressed me was you have a DELOAD phase!

    I’ve tried mad Barz and calistenapp, even heria and some others but I’ve never seen a deload phase.

    Since the trial I’ve unlocked a few moves already! Modified L SIT and a 2-5 second HANDSTAND! Got me super motivated.

    Some workouts I feel like I can pass but I understand the app is trying to figure me out as I am new.

    I do like the mix between skill and strength training. Very dope.

    I just bought the 3 month membership. Your app combined with other stuff I do should prove big gains and results. I enjoy your app for now.

    Simple calisthenics is awesome because it is what it says. it’s simple and it’s calisthenics. i can follow along with the exercises and i’m already getting stronger and more flexible and it’s only been 1 month. i’m super excited to progress and i love that the app recommends when i should level up which exercise i am doing!!!!
