Irritated customer
The agent who I spoke to told me to check the promotions page periodically to get betr bucks but I told him I check every single day for different promotions to get betr bucks to bet with. It’s the same promotion everyday “refer a friend” WE DONT WANT THAT PROMOTION and us customers don’t care about that. With a big Sportsbook like Betr who makes tons of money off customers I shouldn’t be asking agents every time I log in to add a small betr bucks bonus bet. The agent lied to me and told me to participate in the promotions in the tab but there’s never any promotions to participate in besides refer a friend! All I want is a small bonus bet or a small amount of betr bucks for the holidays and before the year ends! That’s all I ask for but it’s always a hassle to get it which is crazy. All the other sportsbooks hook me up without even asking! I really want to make Betr Sportsbook my main Sportsbook moving forward because Jake Paul is my hero. CLEVELAND STAND UP!!! But it’s really frustrating to the point where I don’t even want to be associated with this Sportsbook. To make this better all I want is a small amount of betr bucks being added to my account and I’ll be a happy customer if not, I will be taking my talents to Hard Rock Sportsbook for good. Thanks

Best app ever
Betr is a fun and easy to use app where you can make money by picking your favorite players to go over or under their projections. Betr is special due to its 1000x payout option and VIP club. Good luck
Participated in the Caleb Williams London promo where you get $5 for every TD he throws if you bet people in the game, bet at least $10, etc. I met all the requirements…never got the money. Contacted customer support, thought I finally got a person then figured out it was some AI thing that just repeated its answers. They said I didn’t meet the qualifications, but tried to give me $10 of promo funds to make it right. I kept asking what part I didn’t meet and they kept giving me the same answer, until finally they said I didn’t opt in, which I did. I’m sure they just didn’t want to pay everyone the $20 because he threw for 4 TDs. Tons of people complained on Twitter saying they weren’t paid either. Joke of a company.

pretty good app
I want to love this app but there’s some good and bad with it as all apps. I’ll start with the bad is they def do not have the typical lines like the other apps. Most of it is boosted lines or no line at all. I wish they kept at least the main line and boosted as an option most of the time and adjust as needed. The pro is its a very smooth and easy app to us. They payout probably the fastest in my opinion and they are always offering promos. If they can keep the main lines on the board then it would be my go to app! Also wish they would bring dynamic line ups back to FL. Overall solid DFS option 7.8/10 with potential for higher

I haven’t had ANY issues with withdrawing money like a bunch of people say they’ve had. My issue is with the fact they make it incredibly hard to win. You can’t chose multiple players on the same team to do the same thing (IE - Altuve and Alvarez to go OVER 1.5H/R/RBI). It’ll make you choose only one of them. So essentially if you know a teams bats have been on fire, you can only choose ONE to do anything good that game. Whereas PrizePicks allows you to choose everyone you want as long as you have at least one pick from another team.
Also the fact y’all dropped Fantasy Points from hitters and pitchers is wild. I’m going to be over with PrizePicks until it gets better at BETR

The person who helped me was Anthony and I have to say he was awesome. You can’t withdrawl
I tried to withdrawl $150 on June 12th. They told me it would take 5 business days, so June 19th came and I still didn’t receive the payment. I wrote customer support and they told me to allow another 5 business days and if I don’t see it by the 25th to reach out. I contacted my bank and they said they don’t see it nor is it pending. So I contacted them back and now they want me to provide bank statements showing I didn’t receive it. 1st, I don’t mind showing bank statements, but I find it very lazy they wouldn’t look into the matter for me but wants me to perform all the work to prove I didn’t receive it when all they’d have to do is check their database to see it didn’t go through. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Ronald Rolle I’ve actually come today that Betr is a legit banger for your buck your gonna lose if you don’t have a group 2-5 more brains more wins one man or women can’t do it all every night I’ve legit made a decent percentage for me and friends lost a lot too but that’s the game I very much enjoy this app some multipliers are insane but that’s also comes with the game don’t be greedy if I had to say one thing is I should be able to talk to a live support team and live stats while the game is playing not delayed

Can Not Get My Deposit & Withdraw Issue Resolved
Not terrible, just be sure to use a consistent long term account to deposit money to the app. I can’t get a debit card that I don’t use anymore off my account. I can deposit from multiple accounts, but when it comes to me wanting to withdraw my winnings into a certain account it only gives me the option to receive it through the old account that is no longer in use. It’s been well over a week now, and I still have not gotten any helpful responses from the given sources, and .then there’s always that possibility but I could be missing something so simple… Other then that everything seems pretty decent
