Very unreliable app
I’m afraid that this app is unfit for purpose. Certainly in my experience. No access for my membership pass for months , then access for a few hours , only for the pass to disappear again. Please do not do away with physical passes before this app works correctly.

As above- I like a printed ticket, and the app way has been really frustrating
Ticket printing problem for qtr final 3/9/24
Taken nearly 1 hour to sort out. Whilst now able to gain access to and see tickets in wallet not able to print. They are obviously in the wallet. When attempting to print in the normal way, it only comes up with the option to share.
In view of problems this morning with the application, I want to print as back up as don’t want further problems on the gate spoiling the day.

I use apps all the time, this one is the least intuitive one I have ever experienced. It is has been very clunky since it was first launched and hasn’t really made any strides in that time. Maybe stop building enormous hospitality centres and assist members to actually book tickets easily!

Unable to see membership
Reported several times that I am unable to see my membership card in the app. Was told it was a known issue and they added mine and my wife’s details to their list of people with the problem. 3 weeks later no improvement.
Unable to login
Works on my sons iPhone but on my new iphone the login option does not load to be able to be user and pwd in, so unable to get my membership card or tickets I have bought. Support please contact me.
