This site is more useless than the one it replaced.
Every time I attempt a log in it fails, I try again until it succeeds. Then I click on the ticket tab and the url can’t be found. I try again until I succeed, someone has sold the club another pile of junk that’s as user friendly as a as any car manual’s translation from Chinese.
No sign of tickets
I bought tickets for the women’s T20 in July but cannot see them in the App. When I click Tickets it just offers me to purchase more, there is no visible Ticket Wallet. I can see them if I login to the website.
Where are my tickets?
There’s no ‘your ticket wallet’ under the ‘ticket’ tab at the base of the app. I’ve bee trying to contact the Oval to find out where my tickets have gone! Pretty basic function of a ticketing app surely - they should just ask the folk who did the Twickenham app to do this job - this is very poor work.

No tickets
The ticket wallet has disappeared from the app which means I have no access to my tickets for next year’s international matches. Why can’t they use the same app developers as Lords and Old Trafford? Or do they enjoy giving their members poor service?
Tickets disappear after scanning
After scanning my tickets in the morning using the app, they then disappeared from my ticket wallet by the break. This means you can’t leave and come back—which you are allowed to do with your ticket!—unless you remember to screen shot it before you enter in the morning and hope it works on reentry. It also means you need to remember your seat number all day as your ticket will be gone in the app. Please fix this error to make the ticket remain in the wallet until end of play, otherwise you are not getting the full benefit of the ticket you paid for.

What a rubbish ticket system.
This app is slow and cumbersome - and the only way you can share tickets purchased for a group is if they download the app too. What a pain. Clearly developers want to count number of people of have app rather than want to use it.
Randomly logs you out
This app randomly logs you out. It managed to do this 3 times today, at a major match, when connection was important, but difficult.
Not a good experience
The whole process of buying tickets from the Oval is complicated and unclear. Too many steps with no clarity of what to do to retrieve tickets when they have been purchased. I say this as someone who buys lots of sports tickets and uses lots of apps
Who designed this App?
I got the email saying about the App, and thought it would be a good idea. Went in and downloaded the App. Tried to click to sign up and all it gives me is a page to buy tickets for women’s cricket, and no other options. So I can’t sign up. Useless App. Dread to think what the rest of the App will be like if they can’t get something so basic as sign up journey correct.

Bug prevents iPhone users accessing tickets!
App is OK when buying tickets has a major flaw - it does not allow you to access tickets on an iPhone unless your phone’s clock is set to 24 hours! I spent ages unable to find my tickets for yesterday’s game!
