I’m sure this app would be incredibly helpful… if I could actually log in 😭
When I press “login with HoYoLAB”, it continues to tell me to rotate my device, no matter if it’s portrait or whatever the other rotation is. When I press “log in manually”, it keeps telling me to try to log in again. And again.
Please help if you see this.

Amazing Unofficial Genshin Companion App for iOS
Widget functionality is great and the timers will update when you refresh the widgets. This app has a lot of useful features for not only tracking account resin, expeditions, teapot etc. but you can also connect several accounts to the app and monitor all of them. Useful for those who manage several accounts.
The app also offers a daily overview of domains and times until reset/full. Extremely helpful once you install the widgets in and even have customization functions to pick a namecard as a background, albeit at a lower quality than an official companion app such as HoYoLAB.
Account security is not at risk either. They make you log in through the official HoYoLab just to confirm your ownership to an account so you can’t just randomly add someone else’s account.
No issues with the app so far. I highly recommend this app for people keeping track of timers. There is no map or build-list function but they make up for other features such-as event dates and reset timers.

I was under the assumption that, I could download this app to help with my genshin account however I couldn’t even login properly to link my account for an app that promises so much to not event work is very frustrating and disappointing I’d love to edit or make a new review if the app worked properly

This app is so bad
I cant even login. Do i seriously have to go to china to use this app?
Would have been good but could not get into it
Extremely hard to even make a new account. Every time I tried to it would always say error I even went into the subsection to log into my HoYoLAB account to get the cookies but it always said error I did this for almost 30 minutes.
Time is confusing
Love this app and it's helpfulness is out of this world. The only things I would say that needs to be improved is my widgets and timer tell me when thing will be full in my time zone. Ex: will be full tmw at 2:57pm. But with my event durations it won't show the event in my time zone. It only shows it I think about 12 hours or somthing early then when events will actually start or end. It's condensed me quite the amount of times so overal 8.5 out of ten. Besides this small problem it's literally the best app ever!

Difficult to log in
It took me a very long time to figure out how to connect my account. The auto login feature keeps giving a sign in timed out error, even though I sign in in under 20 seconds. Had to do it manually and figure out how to get the cookie. Was very confusing but glad it finally worked.
