I’ve been using Wingmall for awhile now. The user interface is not very friendly for searching with filters.
Today is a different issue on late delivery. I have seen the driver GPS tracker moved and not moved and disappeared and showed up. It’s very unreliable; however, the estimated time was okay. I’ve waited for 40mins and didn’t see the GPS moving. I thought it was the old bug problem. I called the driver, and he said that he received another order and was waiting for the second order before heading over to me. It would be another 5 mins before he leaves. So I told him that I was canceling because I had to leave. I called Wingmall and they said they couldn’t cancel the order anymore because the driver already left to deliver the food. Another 40mins, the food finally arrived. This is an issue for Wingmall to never let a driver receive more than one order at a time. It’s crazy especially it’s not multiple orders for the same customer.
