Hello! Thank you for your feedback! We’re not entirely sure if we understood your message correctly, but it seems like you might be saying that you initially had issues with video compression and watermarks, but after running the video through our app, the problem was resolved. Is that correct? If, however, you’re referring to an issue within our app, please note that we do not add watermarks to videos. If you could send us the video that you’re having trouble with or provide more details (such as screenshots of the error), that would help us look into it further. Please try opening the Store and clicking Restore, also check your subscriptions page: open the app - click Settings - Manage Subscriptions. If the subscription is displayed in Manage Subscriptions and after restarting the application and clicking the Restore button the premium features are still not available, then it looks like the application cannot get information about the subscription from Apple and you can cancel the subscription - here is the cancellation information: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428.)
