My plant has started applying ABB sensors to all of our equipment. When we first started the process we used the ABB app which worked great. Now that everything is switching over to OPTIFY I have noticed some problems. Not necessarily big but it would make it user friendly to fix. The OPTIFY app runs slow. There’s no options to change asset names if entered in wrong. There’s also no options to add asset pictures as in nameplate or where the sensor is located. I know the app is new and will take time to figure out everything that needs to be on it and how everything should work. If y’all need help just go look at the ABB app.
