When it first launched, it was hit or miss. But it seems to work fine now every day I get my coffee.

App never works
Love that they want to do rewards but the app never works even when connected to wifi.
Operationally problematic
I love that Luxxe finally got a rewards system - thank you! But would say at least one-third of the time they will say oh we didn’t connect it today it’s not working. Especially on Montana but for several days they haven’t had the option available at con try mart either.’
Never works
This app literally has never worked for me. The main yellow Cafe Luxxe screen comes up but then nothing….
