The old app was way worse , never had my points loaded, never was able to redeem unless i put the team through a hassle. Was a struggle UNTIL this app came out officially! Now my points stay up to date , rewards aren’t hard to use and you see exactly where you are at with your points. I got to say thanks to the Element Team for putting up with the process. You could also refer people to this app which is recommended so they earn points too! Glad to say this app is 100x better than the last! Give it a shot you could also order from the app as well!

This app is HORRIBLE!!! It’s extremely sketchy, slow, and half of the buttons don’t even work. While trying to make an account, the app randomly crashed and made me restart 3 times. It’s a complete waste of time. If an element 7 employee prompts you to download this app DO NOT. I don’t feel safe paying with this app any longer and will not be going back to element 7 because of this. STAY AWAY fraudulent transactions may occur…
