Not a serious app
I’m not sure the designers have tested this on anyone. It’s a very basic app with many inconsistencies and peculiarities as it tries to cater for 4 different markets in one. I’m selling my late parents house so I’m an “owner”.
It asks a load of questions that are imprecise or unclear as to their purpose.
Style of house “studio, cottage, flat or other” when I had previously described it as detached house!
Are roof tiles clay or cement- no idea how do you tell from ground level?
I can see I’ve had an offer but there’s no facility to accept or reject it or suggestion as to what I do next.
The estate agent does all the viewings but I get notified of every appointment booked (fine) and on the day I am bombarded with reminders to the point I wish I could uninstall it and break the link with the website I used originally.
What do I want? Something helpful and intuitive.
