Amazing app just please add a timer countdown for taking pics so it’s not all selfies. I don’t always have a handy person to take the pic for me 😭
Lovely app but!!
Beautiful app and the photos develop amazingly but Jesus Christ the amount of notifications I get you would think I’m the next Queen of England. I started to feel sympathetic for my phone, with its constant vibrating - almost like it was having seizures. I near rung 999 to get medical advice. One night I barely got any sleep because Journal sent me 50,000 messages in the space of 0.25 seconds. Please for the of god, tone down the notifications.

Pictures won’t download
If you want to take awesome disposable pics this app is great. If you want to be disappointed when none of the pictures download to your camera roll, this is for you. I took about 100 pictures for a halloween party and i can preview all of them expect none of them save even though it says “success”. Just crappy. I would recommend to use a different disposable camera app

Feels incomplete.
Ok so this app has potential but it’s so incomplete. We can’t CHANGE our user photos or our usernames??? I cant find my profile, or there isn’t one, which is like??? also WHY can I only add friends from contacts when the majority of us these days have online friends through social media. Fix this.

Thanks for your feedback, we’re always listening! We’ve updated the app so you can change your profile picture. Finding friends via search and updating your name/display name is coming soon. You can see your profile on the “Journal” tab. Hope this helps, thanks for taking the time to let us know how we can do better 🙌🏼

this is a really nice app. It’s just like be real but on film and you can take as many pictures as you want and save them so I like that and I honestly use it to take pictures. More people should get the app.
