Easily the worst app I’ve ever used
Terrible ux. Terrible design. Terrible performance. All around terrible experience. If the credit card reader actually worked, I would have deleted this already
Not great
The chargers are meh at best, but they function. There are only 2 CCS chargers compared to the 10 Tesla chargers at the rest stop. Seriously imbalanced, maybe just lease the land to electrify America and call it a day.
Great Chargers. Terrible App
Chargers are great and easy to use. They all have credit card terminals which are easier to use then navigating this app. Don’t use this app in current state. App clearly an afterthought. Terrible right from beginning- needs entirely way too much information to sign up, but couldn’t even do that as I never received SMS to verify my phone. App constantly crashes, does not play well with password manager, often does not show chargers that are up and running (both in map and list view), UI is extremely dated and confusing, map has buttons overlayed, plus many more issues… Please fix this app

Unnecessary info needed; Amex not accepted
Very strange signup flow: they need my address. Why? I’m charging my car. They ask if they can send me mail. What year is this?? No easy login like Apple or Google like other apps. American Express not accepted despite the dispensers accepting Amex. Very strange and antiquated.
Nice charger
I normally use this charger on my way to work. They are only located on highway and parkway gas stations only, they don’t do local chargers ( ex, grocery stores or mall parking lots . ) EFA focuses on those.
I have a free promo for 2 yrs with EFA for my IX but sometimes I’m just not near one and you have to do what you have to do. Normally it is no more than 12-15 dollars from 59% to 100%. They are very very fast! Even getting close to 100% it only went down to 60-65 kW. Very convenient, dependable chargers⚡️👍🏽
