Best Guard management app by farGera Camo
Good for managers, bad for guards.
The team I work with consistently reports that the system is down for one reason or another. I routinely get complaints that the system is off-line or that they don’t understand how to use it. I judge this as a poor reflection on the user interface, and the lack of streamlining in the report process. by far, the biggest complaint I have received is the lack of an upload function for photos and videos. This complaint cuts in both directions, with clients complaining that they cannot verify our work due to a lack of photos. On the surface, this app may seem useful as a marketing tool, but it needs a significant redesign to be an efficient reporting system for guards.
The one upside this system has over its predecessor is that it does not log me out every 10 seconds if I stop looking at it.Show lessJTR227
Use any other app than this
Nothing about this app is ready for professional use. Nonstop lag and crashes, not to mention almost no features and an ugly UI.Matt Doyle

Poor app design
I’m unable to upload photos, the app is not user friendly in a way to make my job easy, as I patrol at night instead of taking 2-5 minutes reporting what I need to now takes me 10 minutes minimum. My company is forcing us to stick with this app and it’s bringing the moral of the entire team down. I would like at least an upload photo feature to make it easier to use.Show lessNick40016

This is a great app! I installed it last week after hearing about it. All systems work & are easily navigable. The only problem one may encounter is
forgetting one’s password. An obvious link solves that! Great tool!
