  • BP doesn’t sync with Apple Health

    Despite giving permission in this app to write blood pressure spect data to AppleHealth, it does not actually write any data other than heart rate. This makes the app and the monitor I bought almost useless for me. Deleting app and returning monitor.
  • Does not sync BP with Apple Health

    Despite granting sync permissions, app does not sync with Apple Health. It does sync heart rate, but that’s the only data that is synced.
  • False claim

    It’s a false claim. Inside the app under support. There are FAQs giving directions to feed data to the Apple Health app. It’s bogus because the Homedic app is not enabled to be connected. The problem is if you already bought their blood pressure machine it’s to late.
  • Not user friendly

    Bought because it is Bluetooth and multiple users but you can’t filter on the users.

    It syncs both users on one device but you can’t determine which one is which.

    The primary reason to get the app is so it will sync with Apple health, it does not.

    Very disappointing.

    Especially, when the app developer said in May that it was going to sync it to you in the future… it’s not a feature that should take 3 months.
  • Worst app ever

    Tried repeatedly to connect. Will not work. I would have given it zero stars if it was an option.

    The app response is very poor, it wasn’t able to continue the set up.
  • Poor connectivity

    I have the blood pressure monitor. The Homedics health app is glitchy with connecting to it. It will not connect to Apple Health at all. The app definitely needs an update. I bought this brand because it is fairly well known, what a disappointment.

  • App hangs up after measurement,

    Does not allow you to save your measurement. The app is now worthless and useless.

    since this app was just now updated, it has to be the app not my device, phone, or anything else.

    totally and utterly worthless now I cannot maintain my measurement. I have lost all of my saved measurements. I was able to export them to my Files app, but there is no procedure where I can restore my saved measurements into the app directly. finally I tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it. That got it to work.

    considering this app is supposed to be part of my blood oxygen monitoring system, I would expect a more professional response to these issues.

    complete import/export of measurements, and the ability to store more than just a “name“, this has to be connected to the Apple health app because right now it is not.

    So I can’t keep my daily log in the health app either, can you please fix these problems?

In addition to checking for app updates, you may want to confirm your iOS firmware is also updated, and that Bluetooth permissions are enabled.
