Phone was the Best data was the worst
Only a few companies give out iPhones and other quality phones including this company but the service could be much better
Was lied to from the beginning
When I first talked to this company about getting a new phone and service from them I was told the phone I was going to get would be unlocked and ready to use and part of the deal was I had to port my number over to get the deal so I agreed and purchased the iPhone 12 and 3 months of service when I received the phone I put the SIM card in and called them to switch the number they said they couldn’t do that because they sent the wrong sim so I figured I could use my old sim and use it till they sent a new one but the phone was locked so I couldn’t do that and it was locked to AT&T so it could never be unlocked my list of complaints with this company is a mile long and keeps getting worse STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

App issues that never work
App is horrible..always given errors and I’m never able to log in to check my account or nothing! It would allow every so many months if I play with it! Can’t upgrade nor update address! Getting to customer service is long and no help!
Total LIES!! No Unlimited data
When I first received my phone man it worked fantastic I was thrilled with my service then about two months in I started noticing my data was not unlimited like they advertised now nearly a year into having my service I’m lucky to even get my emails to load I have zero data apparently and I’ve never got the assistance with the internet I’ve only ever just had my phone please think twice before you waist your acp benefits with this company they have NO DATA can’t send pictures or emoji’s or even a gif don’t be tricked by the lie of unlimited data they don’t have any data after you’ve been with them for 3 or 4 months!!

Bad phone
I applied and got accepted into the plan I picked the iPhone first it wasn’t the phone I chose and second the phone won’t even hold a charge I don’t have the money to replace the battery and can’t get ahold of anyone for this company how do I get the phone I want and keep the service I can’t afford a phone

I don’t get it
So I have been reading everyone’s reviews,& I’m shocked! I received the iPhone 8+ I paid for, and all I had to do was just update the software. My service has worked completely and consistently since I’ve gotten the phon. I don’t know why ever else is having such a bad experience, but mines been great! Thanks AirTalk I appreciate y’all!

DO NOT CHOOSE AIRVOICE
I am supposed ro have 25GB of high speed data. I never use even 5gb per month, because you have to be on wifi for your phone to load anything. Yes, they give you an outdated phone AND the data is no where near unlimited or even fast enough to use the data you paid for. I will be taking my ACP benefits elsewhere because the hardware and the data make your phone UNUSABLE.

Government fraud
Same as everyone else they sent me an outdated phone and I’m sure they charged the government for a brand new iPhone that they probably use as a matter of fact I’m going to check in on that and see why they are sending everyone a used outdated iPhone I bet the government won’t be to happy to hear about ghost and everyone else I can contact including the president if I can there is no since in stealing from your own people and government what a shame air talk wireless should be china wireless

Outdated iPhone
This iPhone is outdated I can’t even download any apps I got maybe 1 or 2 apps and everyone of the others need a more up to date software to install thanks for the phone and all I mean it calls and receives texts but the internet connection is super slow and sometimes never loads the page I’m looking for and for someone in the Bay Area who needs a fast reliable connection this is not the one for me

I was skeptical as you are
I broke my phone recently an times are hard as I was glancing thru government phones I stumbled across air voice wireless I click the link see it has no stores in CA even more suspicious so I’m like contemplating should I give my info to the Out of state Company for a free IPhone … sounds ridiculous saying it BUT ITS LEGIT I have an iPhone 7s everything works pretty Fantastic it’s scary but I have no issues an LTE… That Hard to come by an the data I usually go over data with this I have yet too so very glad I chose this company the weight was like a month -3 weeks time flew by quickly though ASLO if you do choose this company any other gov phone will disconnect LIKE BOOM so be prepared to be phone less til the phone arrives lol
