Tried selecting a plan for minutes and the my play expired keeps popping up and won’t let me buy a new plan

Don’t work

I am so mad with this it has been nothing but trouble since I got it first there was a small crack in the screen did everything they said to replace but I was told to buy a replacement phone I don’t have 25 to place it and now I have to keep it on charger for it to work there is something wrong with the battery or the phone please help help me get to customer service because I can’t I still feel this way and I have no way to send it I just need a that works

I really did NOT appreciate the very ARROGANT female customer service agent who purposely went out of her way to abuse me by purposely misgendering me and disrespecting me talking over me non stop and then hanging up on me repeatedly so I had to call back over and over again outraged. That agent needs to be TERMINATED FULLY because this is no way to represent any company including AIRTALK . Termination of her employment would be good for AIRTALK and AIRTALKS CUSTOMERS. Thank you also note I was sent a broken iPhone 8 and in order to get warranty, I was required to produce a video showing what was wrong before they would replace it. Many can’t do that and are harmed by this practice not getting warranty honored. Further, I moved the sim to my iPhone 13 mini and sent the iPhone 8 back . My SIM card was then turned off completely and I waited weeks for the replacement without service. While Safelink allows tethering of allotted data and I paid for extra monthly data and got a iPad 2 which is out dated with insecure software . The iPad is useless in that it can not be tethered to be used and came with no SIM card. When the replacement came, an old used iPhone 8 which is a 3 g phone while AirTalk advertised 5 g lte . I moved the sim to my iPhone 13 mini and at least now have 5 g lte access although it is slowed down to a third of 5 g lte speed purposely.

Where is my data or give me my money‼️‼️

I paid for more data and never received it‼️ where is it ? This is Ridiculous if u thinking about getting one of these phones make sure u go to a actual phone store to get it turned on this stupid app just takes your money I see with nothing in return ‼️ worst experience ever

Defaulted Apps

The iPhone came with two apps already installed on the phone trying to log in multiple times neither one will let me. Doesn’t even have the option to create a new account. Two apps but what’s the difference between the two. Then it ask for the SIM card number to activate but the phone is already activated to get more confusing it says the sim is incorrect. Gheech guess I’ll just uninstall them cuz there useless. FYI it’s not unlimited calls nor message it states 250 minutes for both 😕. Guess that’s what you get for the price 🤷🏽‍♀️

App does not work- can not pay bill or change plans

As of March 10th, the app has inconsistent representations of the customer balance and poor controls of how to change billing plans.

When someone does a balance add, the money is added to the My wallet subpage, but that change is not reflected in the overview Balance fields/area - making it impossible to pay a bill.

Second, the plans subpage allows one to pick a new plan but all info is greyed out in the overview My Plans area.

This Apple app needs to fixed.

Horrible

Horrible from the start , service was activated 2weeks before my phone which wasn’t what ordered arrived then Instead of 64gb SE I GET get a 16gb 5c that came preinstalled with 2 apps that Couldn’t be deleted to save space, the. I called customer support only to return and upgrade and pay for it only to be told I couldn’t and get hung up on . Cancelled
