Dishonest Reviews
I love Lotus. What I don’t love is how dishonest the company seems to be regarding reviews and feedback of their products.
My family and I tried the lemonade Lotus (both original and pink). We found them way too pulpy for our tastes and you have to shake them up before every use, which doesn’t work when you have a pump in the bottle. I left a low-star review about this on their website on the pink lemonade and noticed it never got published. All their reviews are 4 and 5 stars, which is deceitful. I received a email from them that my review had been written but some reason never published on their website. So I tried leaving a review on the regular lemonade, which never was published either.
I’ve noticed that they only publish 4 and 5 star reviews. So I am giving them a low rating on something they can’t change, the Apple Store! Please stop being deceptive, Lotus! Also please offer pulp-less lemonade and don’t sweep your poor reviews under the rug.Lyndsey Loo
