Completely inconsistent
Sometimes this app works exactly as it should. Sometimes. This means that I can add items as I know I need them and my wife can use her phone to add things as well.
Usually this doesn’t happen. My wife can’t see what I put in the cart but I can see hers. Or she signs out to refresh the app to see what I put in and then the cart is empty for both of us.
Last night I put a ton of items in the cart and went to finish shopping six hours later and my cart had 10 items in it and none of them were from last night’s cart.
I moved to a rural area so I’m stuck with this grocery store but if there was another good option I would stop shopping at this store specifically because this app is so bad.
Look at all the complaints in the reviews that are years old. None of them seem to be fixed. Please use the ShopRite app to learn how an app should work.Show lessQuit changing it
Rosie, every time you change your website it is for the worst. Also, I shouldn’t have to use specific phrasing to find a particular item. Per online shopping, the website is very glitchy and outdated. Perhaps you may learn a thing or two from your competitors. Sincerely, a customer & retailerThis is a terrible app
Im bummed this is the app for one of my favorite local grocery stores. The app doesn’t show my pending orders with any details. So if you schedule a pickup and need to check date/time, you’ll need to find the confirmation email. Why not make it available in the app? Also, you can’t edit your order after submission like instacart allows you to do. I need to change my pick up time/date and I can’t do so.Show less
