So disappointed. The new app has categories for the various stages a script flows through, problem is that it never actually works. It doesn’t show when a medication is in process. It doesn’t show when a medication is ready for pickup. It seems to only utilize 2 categories: Ready for Refill and Filled. A script shouldn’t appear in the Filled category until it has shown up as Ready for Pickup, has physically been picked up, and then gets filed under Filled.
Myself and 2 family members are now forced to call the automated system and/or call and speak to pharmacy employees for questions the app should be answering. Please fix this issue. Or give us the old app back.
