Customer service is non responsive.
I recently purchased a premium yearly subscription for a program for $150, and after doing so, my subscription was removed from my account. I have contacted AI customer service three times regarding this issue, but have yet to receive any remedy. It is clear that AI customer service is non-existent, and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a subscription from them.

I love 💙this tool and I’ve only just begun to explore the potential. I’ll be upgrading to the paid version this week. I’m using it to perfect emails, write social media captions and even prepare proposals/reports. I am looking forward to exploring its endless uses!

Excellent tool!

Notifications spam
Every time you open the app it spams you with notifications turn on request with no way to make it stop. It’s really annoying.
