Getting error messages

Suddenly error messages app is going bonkers Locked me out of my account telling me I need to pay ??? I've been a paying client since the beginning. No one will help fix this for 3 days?? When contacting support..
I'm in the middle of writing and blocked it's asking to to pay . First it was saying my writing wasn't formatted?? there was an error in formatting I'm like what ?? Huh ? Had my account two years approximate? Come on.. support where are you ? Please help

Used to be so much better

This app started off strong and deserved a 5-star rating, but recent changes have made it less appealing. The writing quality has declined, and the new interface is confusing, featuring various icons at the bottom that lack clear labels. Despite my efforts to adapt, the writing has not improved. Additionally, frequent errors require me to reinstall the app, which is frustrating for a paid product. Overall, this experience has not met my expectations.

Not recommended!! Be aware of data breaches by this company! Law breaking firm.!

Purchased this for one year and thereafter did not want it, now the developers have closed my account so my previous personal data is with them only and I can not access it, please be aware this could be a serious breach of data control. Not recommended !!! The review from developers is they will delete all the data but I wanted to collect my data, which was denied!!! Very bad data controller. Be cautious as the app will just stop your account and will not allow you to download your data! Wasted monies!! Maybe there's is data breach here!!! Will be informing the information commissioner's office of this breach of data and at least they have been recognised as consumer data breaches. There is no excuse to break laws, European, UK or USA. Service is not good as these developers are just interested in money and not customer care and consumer information. Total abuse. I would like my money back also!

Dishonest as the day is long.

Don’t trust their ‘free’ preview because they charge you as soon as you sign up and don’t wait for the preview period to lapse. I cancelled within 2 days because the app didn’t meet my needs. When I got my credit card bill I was surprised to see I was charged the very first day, not after any free trial. I messaged them to dispute the charge and sent screenshots of the charge and received NO RESPONSE. Their auto mated reply said I should receive a response within 3 business days. I patiently waited heard nothing, charge hadn’t been refunded, at the 30 day mark I filed a dispute with my credit card and about 10 days later I finally got a response asking me to withdraw my dispute and offering me a free year. Why would I cancel my dispute? Just refund my money and a dispute would never have been filed.

It’s was fantastic because it’s safe time and it’s dose helps with speed and spelling

Pretty good, everything used to be free.

The app itself it pretty good but over time everything was given a price, I feel like the company should allow the users who can’t afford the subscription to watch an add to unlock features for about an hour or so and when the time runs out they can watch another add, I feel like this could solve the company’s issue with money and also allowing their users a better experience.

Fraud

I took a year subscription which expired recently, they charged for the auto renewal without any notification. I reached out to them for refund (via email, twitter, facebook etc), but no one is responding. I would say stay away from this company it’s a scam. @appstore, please can we look into this, they have charged £93.86 and now not responding to my refund request.

Bought pro but getting limited features

This app is great when it works. Been glitchy with inability to access all the features of the professional plan. Too expensive for what is being offered.

How to...

To the Developers: How do you disable the constant pop- ups to review the app . I'm in the middle of composing and it constantly pops stopping my work it's an annoyance it should never interfere with writing the pop ups are too much I wish I had ad blocker to stop these constant alerts way too many it's excessive.
I pay each month. I don't like seeing. Please remove this. I've had this app about a year now . Or tell me how to disable the pop-ups please . It's extremely excessive right in my face right in middle of my work it BLOCKS you from processing everything stops . I am not paying for pop ups asking me if I like it . No I do not .
