Basically, there is no correlation between Wi-Fi and second hand sound. It would be helpful if you could try the following. 1.Reboot the device 2.Uninstalling and reinstalling the app 3.Turn the silent switch on and off 4.Turn up the volume of the app and use the volume switch on the device to turn up the volume.
