Worst hardware and somehow software
If I could have a 0 star rating I would. The hardware Leap decided to use for some reason is the worst in the scooter marketplace. Bells broken, brakes busted, batteries always dead. Besides the software being buggy as all get out, the best part of the app is how some scooters just straight up say “Unavailable” or “Unknown Error” when trying to rent one.
