Ouverture de compte terrible
Cela fait environ un mois que je tente s’ouvrir un compte, la procédure d’authentification par photos n’a pas bien fonctionné et ce n’est toujours pas réglé. Délai de service par courriel abominable, l’application iPad, web et le cellulaire se relancent plusieurs fois, chaque fois il faut se ré authentifier. J’imagine que si le happy path fonctionne, c’est bien, mais si ce n’est pas le cas, bonne chance. Avez-vous réellement le goût de mettre des milliers de dollars dans des placements avec si peu de service ? Pire expérience d’ouverture de compte ever.Show lessEricUnMillionUn
ID Failure
New user, submitted my info and selfie crystal clear. For some reason it failed and I’m told to wait 30 seconds to be redicited. It never does so, tried every step to resolve different devices and everything.Green is not a creative colour

You cannot maintain a portfolio with this app. It can do virtually beyond showing your aggregate returns and balances.haroldbasset
Less functionality than the old app
Can’t search certain symbols (i.e. DLR.U), only 12 mo access to records, doesn’t have some of the income and gain summary functionality that is on the website. Sadly limited access to other account features and statements.Bluebaron6

The new app is better in some ways, needs serious work in others.
Pros: Easier to switch between different pages/views. You can now view detailed charts as well. Buy/sell interface is better too.
Cons: unable to switch accounts in the login screen. It forces me to use Face ID which auto logs me in to my main account. There is nowhere to decline Face ID and select a different login email. Also, it doesn’t show my tickers in alphabetical order. It should always show in alphabetical order.Show lessCheriewesson

The account opening process was slow and clunky compared to Wealthsimple. Fees are outrageous, especially considering there are “free” options out there. I suppose the charts and other metrics are pretty decent but not worth the cost. Plus, they took $100 dollars from me when I tried to move my funds back to my personal bank account. Save your money and Open a wealth simple account and sign up for trading-view for free.Show lesscoltonsurfs00
Poor site.
Considering changing companies I trade with due to the poor upgrades. The designer shouldn’t be allowed to design anything anymore. Can keep more them 25 on a watch list. Can’t toggle between markets to see active trades. Can’t do anything fast on this site anymore. Giant time waster. Poor lay out. If I could give no stars I would!Show lesslaceytikka
