To be honest, i returned back to OneTap because there is nothing like it.. on iOS and iPadOS it works flawlessly and knowing that they are building a whole new Mac app was music to my ears because that’s what was the only thing missing for me, an app looking natively made for Mac.. So upgrading to 5 stars in hopes the Mac app would rock! I can’t wait to try it out. OneTap Keyboard is a game-changer! It has completely transformed how I interact with my iPhone.
The ability to create custom shortcuts for sharing photos, links, and files directly from the keyboard is incredibly efficient and saves so much time.
The ChatGPT integration is a huge bonus, allowing me to use AI right from my keyboard! The app is easy to set up and works seamlessly with all my iOS devices.
If you’re looking for a way to boost your productivity and simplify content sharing, OneTap is a must-have.

Great on iPhone not so much on Mac
This app works wonders on iOS and saves plenty of time, not so much on Mac though, cant get it to switch between copying to clipboard or directly adding to field.. giving it a 3-star because its great on iOS but I initially got it so I stop using anything else and just use it seamlessly and sync it across all my Apple devices.. The app has worked really well on my iOS devices with the keyboard replacement. Where I struggle is when trying to use the desktop app. Apps like Rocket Typist and Text Expander work great for “expanding” text shortcuts, but their interfaces are abysmal at best.
If OneTap for desktop (mind you, I’m bleeding edge Sequoia 15.1 BETA) could expand text without using an Apple Shortcut, but instead just by expanding something (e.g., if I type @@cal I want it to automatically replace @@cal with my Calendly link.) then this would be the perfect app.
I’m bullish on this app and purchased the Lifetime subscription in the hope that it continues to get better over the coming weeks and months.Show lessemeffinsteve

We've also started building a new Mac App from the ground up that will have the @@ feature you're requesting. We can't wait for you to check it out.
