Still unsure !
The game is consistent I mean it’s bingo lol, My first big issue is that Once I’ve played and betted a $4 dollar game I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can even see if I’ve won leaving me to either play another game or wait to see if I’ve won. After knowing I played this game better then the last with higher scores to find out I won .3 cents as a pose to $6 dollars . I’ve only been playing for about two weeks now and within the two weeks I have deposited about $150 dollars at $30 bucks a shot. The max amount I bet is about $4 witch is about average bet for me. As well as switching it up here and there . I have noticed after deposit is made the game will allow me to win about 3 mid level hands before I start getting smashed! Then will give me .3 cents here .11 cents there or just play coins and once again that’s after waiting 5 min + after the game has finished to find out . And the game ALWAYS uses your cash and hold bonus cash regardless of how much is spent meaning you could never cash out what is shown in your cash amount because the bonus amount is always used LAST . Kinda sketch! I’m not to sure I will keep playing . Especially after I couldn’t even win or even cash out $20 bucks out of spending $150 and within a 2 week periodShow less⭐️Jesus is King ⭐️

Big Cash Bingo is a competitive game, meaning that as you improve, we match you against opponents of similar skill levels so the game stays fair for all. The matchmaking system does not consider deposits being made, so this should not affect your experience. Regarding the bonus cash system, to simplify the explanation, you can think of bonus cash as "the company's money" that we give players as promotional means. You can use "our money" to play and enter cash game, even win cash games - but you cannot withdraw "our money". Furthermore, the way bonus cash works in Big Cash Bingo (and as is the standard for skill games globally today), when you use a certain amount of bonus cash to enter games and win, that amount will return to your balance as bonus cash, and only excess prizes will come in as cash. I play many different games and this is by far the very best. I loved the story line and can't wait until that part of the game comes back. As far as withdrawing money this tops them all. Just last week I did a withdraw of $187 and it was in my PayPal account in about 3 days. If I could add screenshots to prove this I would!!!!Show lessPhammy1972

I am really enjoying this game:-) I have never come across a bingo game with a story line and I think it’s a great story line( I can’t wait to see what happens next.) Now I haven’t won any money yet ( but honestly I’m more interested in winning energy for the story line)…. lol now don’t get me wrong I would love to also win some cash… lol. I am also impressed with your customer service. Kudos to you for such quick response to my issue. Although my issue was very minor you handled it quickly and honestly. One: Good luck winning back anything you deposited. They DO NOT put you in games with people of the same skill level. They put you against who ever will score higher so you lose your money. Even if you get a great score..which is virtually IMPOSSIBLE..due to them not giving you enough numbers to win big.. they’ll make sure their group of players score higher.
Biggest complaint after that..NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

I love bingo and I started playing this game, and so far I really like it. The customer service is seriously astounding, perfect. I sent an email and they responded in a couple of minutes. Took me a few games to get the jist of it, but once I did - it started rolling. They have this stake booster that let's you increase your stakes and I was having fun with a few $300 games... ended up taking home more than a thousand bucks!
Then I was a bit skeptical when asked for the withdrawal, I mean usually you get to wait a few weeks for them to respond, but nope - got the money in my PayPal in 2 days!

The gameplay is superb, a good mix of anxiety and adrenaline if you aren’t used to auto-call and semi-auto daubing.
The story is wonderful AND you get goodies for completing each scenario.
Bonus cash is easy to come by: log ins, scenarios, etc…
Leaving suggestions for support gets taken seriously AND you get responses within a day.

I am not sure how I feel about this particular bingo game. I have not even been playing a full three weeks already received an error message. stating that my account has been blocked by administration?
I have not deposited any cash nor have I requested any cash withdrawal as so far I have one absolutely nothing. Send an inquiry to customer support with a screenshot of the message I received unable to load or play game at this time, feeling somewhat disappointed in the game already and not sure I like the storyline and the direction it seems to be going.Show lessCCreesto

I love bingo, and I was skeptical of this when I downloaded it. It turned out to be very interesting, and after I got the hang of how the matches were played, I’m enjoying it very much. The support team was helpful in resolving an issue I had and credited my account quickly. I was also able to cash out relatively quickly when I wanted to. My only complaint with the game so far is that when you win a match, the majority of the win is in bonus cash, not real cash, so it’s harder to get to an amount worth cashing out. I’m looking forward to the new journey that was supposed to be here months ago, as energy is supposed to be leaving the game. Let me please explain how bonus cash works:😊 When you enter a game with bonus cash and win, that amount comes back to your balance as bonus cash and access funds come in as cash. Let's say your entire balance was only bonus cash and you entered a 5$ game and won 8$ - 5$ would return to your balance as bonus cash and the rest as cash. Let's say you played 5$ again, now using 3$ cash and 2$ bonus cash, and you won 8$ again. This time, you would have 2$ of the prize as bonus cash and 6$ as cash. Hope that clarifies the mechanic for you. If you could try to increase the amount of stars to 5 it would really make our day! 😊
