It’s misleading

I really love this version of bingo. Having the automatic power ups are really cool. I like, too, that you can decorate the certain areas and when they are complete, you get a little bit of bonus money for that. But I don’t like, however, is when you do get a little bit of money and you play your game, you lose that little bit of money. As soon as I get two dollars or more, the game automatically just turns horrible for me. I do everything the same exact way as I always do, and it just never works out. The numbers don’t come, or the power up that makes it times two, times three, times four., etc… resets because they don’t call the number or another power up just doesn’t sync up with what you are trying to do. If you play the game, you know what I’m talking about. It’s just super frustrating and it’s a waste of time. They just want you to deposit money and that’s that. the game would be a lot more fun if you could actually watch ads to make some money so you could actually keep playing it more. I hate ads, but in this case, I would definitely watch them because I’d like this game so much. But I don’t like the fact that once you start making money, you lose every game. I don’t like rigged games. I hope that they taken into account what I say because they could really have an amazing game if they tweak this.

Hi, We're glad you are enjoying our game. Hopefully you can earn money and cash out too! Big Cash Bingo is played competitively between players. All participants in a game, your opponents, are getting the exact same card that you do, the exact same numbers being read out and the exact configuration of power-ups. When you feel any game is difficult and that the numbers you need aren't coming up - your opponents are feeling it too! And here's the thing, you don't need to blackout to win, you just need to outperform your opponents. As long as you continue to improve and outscore them, you WILL earn money. Hopefully this clears things up for you...

Seems to promote gambling

I’ve played enough times where the “B1” balls that come up aren’t on my bingo card so I end up wasting time waiting for the next one or using the crown/safari icons to get bingo extra points but overall some games the balls called are relevant and some games the balls are not…. So that doesn’t seem like a “I had better skills so I win” game so this element of luck/randomness doesn’t justify depositing money. I started the game via testerup and even then the $$$ incentive to reach levels are less than the $$$ to deposit to the app. I fully believe a gamblers statistical odds are against him/her in a casino so how is this any better? I’d rather enjoy bingo/trivia nights at my local bar with friends at least there’s socialization involved. I’m fairly disappointed with this game.

Hi, Let me start with the most important part - Big Cash Bingo is a skill-based competition between players and as such, is not considered gambling. It is also not played against the "house" and we, as a company, earn nothing from your losses. If there was a way to do it, we'd like everyone to win, all the time! All participants in a game, your opponents, are getting the exact same card that you do, the exact same numbers being read out and the exact configuration of power-ups. When you feel any game is difficult and that the numbers you need aren't coming up - your opponents are feeling it too! TOP SHELF HANDS DOWN!

I’ve downloaded and played well over 30+ play for cash bingo games and I can confidently say Big Cash Bingo is by far THE best one. The gameplay, graphics, interface, fairness, skill-based matching with actual real people, is as flawless as it gets. Best of all, your cash winnings are actually paid to you just as their advertising claims. Their customer service is prompt, courteous and cordial. I’d be a paid spokesperson for this company. You cannot go wrong with developer BringitOn’s work. Nothing against all the others, but my money is on Big Cash Bingo.

Wow! You melted our hearts! This is the kind of reviews we work hard to be worthy of. Thank you for taking the time to put this in writing 💛

Scam

You can never actually win any money on this when it comes to winning change yes but when it comes to winning actually dollars the app is designed to get you to spend cash to win x3 the cash for $2.00 or $5.00 so it’s a no brainer to everyone but that’s the scam you never get the numbers called you need the developer hides that by allowing you to use the crown to select the number you want or the compass will allow you to select up to four numbers but the catch is your need the app to call the number you need to unlock it but the time frame is so fast it makes it impossible to clear the ENTIRE board which is crazy to win the cash they offered it’s a scam!!!

Hi Jody, I feel like there is a core aspect to our game that you didn't fully understand, let me get right to it: Big Cash Bingo is a game played between and among players. All participants in a game, your opponents, are getting the exact same card that you do, the exact same numbers being read out and the exact configuration of power-ups. When you feel any game is difficult and that the numbers you need aren't coming up - your opponents are feeling it too! Good game.

Font expect to win hundreds off this game like it says the biggest pools are. I won $53 which I only got $45 of. I guess they thought because Ive played so much that I wouldn’t notice when they took 3-4 dollars extra of my money but I most definitely did. I know theres bonus cash that doesnt get deposited and then a $1 fee for processing but even after those charges were taken out they let me with $45. Im no math whiz but $53 (all won cash without the bonus cash) minus $1 is $52 so they took $8 extra out of my winning which is illegal. So play at your own risk they clearly try scammy things to get extra money.

Hi Kamala, Edit: Thank you for editing your response. We don't "take" revenues from our players, our business model is based on a portion of entry fees alone. The $1 withdrawal fee goes to cover some of our payment processing fees (which are higher). Most likely, what you are experiencing has to do with bonus cash, let me please explain how that works: When you deposit, claim daily gifts or participate in events, you get bonus cash (BC) from us. This is "our money" that we give away for promotional purposes. You can use BC to enter tourneys, but you cannot withdraw "our money" - and we take back "our money" when you cash out. When you use BC to enter a tourney, the BC returns to your account, and the excess prize comes in as cash, your cash. For example, say that in a tourney, you used $9 cash + $1 BC as an entry fee. Typically, only 10% of the entry fee would come from your BC balance and 90% from cash. In this example, you win $18, of which $1 is BC and $14 is cash. Does that clear up things for you?

Not your typical app!

Most apps only care about you in the very beginning you get discounts special offers super easy to win but the longer you play the discounts stop and it gets harder to win….NOT THIS APP!!! Making it into the VIP room has been so fun! They genuinely care about their players offer games prizes contest you name it. You’re not just another person to them they actually care about their players because this is so much more than a game❤️

No response from support

I was using this game pretty consistently, and I got an email from support asking to verify my identity by sending a picture of my ID and a picture of my credit card with only the last 4 digits on the card shown. I did this almost a week ago and I have sent multiple emails back to the support email and I have gotten absolutely no response. I currently am waiting on 2 withdrawals of $100 each from my bingo account and neither has gone into my bank yet. I don’t know what else to do. I am probably not going to be playing this game again if this is how you treat people but I just want the money that I earned. Thank you.

Hi, Looking into this and will edit our reply with further feedback

Be warned

You’ll be primed by winning a lot and often. Then you’ll withdraw. That will take days, maybe weeks. Crazy considering any legit business can complete transactions on a gigantic scale almost instantaneously… but like all other shady apps that prey on users, their withdraw takes forever.

Also once you withdraw, they take all the
Bonuses from your account, as if to punish you. This includes lotto packs and any bonus money, including the bonus money they advertise with their purchase packages. Ain’t that something?

Then once you withdraw and say to yourself “hey let’s try to make more” .. well you’ll find out quickly that your 300k scores that
Were running every game before now is barely
Enough to get top 10. Every other players scores now are in the 500k level. Wow everyone must’ve got so much better! BUZZER
Wrong… what really is happening is all the ppl you play are either real people who all have names containing the same
Syllables and patterns, orrrr the devs are now having you lose to predetermined bots in order to keep all of the
Money you deposit.

Sure, they’ll deny it. But this isn’t for them. This is for you who wonder if it’s worth it. And I’m telling you your best bet is to find a better game / way. Take heed

Peace.

Hi, There are a couple of matters to address here: Bonus cash and withdrawals. Let's start with the latter. We generally strive to deliver withdrawals in under 24 hours and usually succeed. The only caveat is that for first-time withdrawals, we occasionally need to verify your identity, as this is required by our payment providers, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Once the verification is done, your further cashouts will be processed quickly and timely. Regarding Bonus cash, Let me explain how it works. When you deposit, claim daily gifts or participate in events, you get bonus cash (BC) from us. This is "our money" that we give away for promotional purposes. You can use BC to enter tourneys, but you cannot withdraw "our money" - and we take back "our money" when you cash out. Be careful

From the looks of it, making money is definitely possible, but difficult and time-consuming.

You have to pay SO much attention. It is free to play, but be careful and don’t go clicking buttons just so you’ll “get prizes” I clicked on a thing thinking it was sending me $5 of in-game money as a gift, only to find out it was CHARGING me $5 of real money to put 5 bucks in the game. So make sure that’s not happening before you click anything.

Also, it takes time to get any money that you keep. According to the system, it’s gonna take about 5 business days for the money to get sent to me, so I’ll add an update on that if I actually get money or not.

The game is fun, but it’s hard to actually “get money” unless you spend money to wager first. It’s definitely possible to play completely for free, but it’s gonna take a LOT of time.

Don’t expect cash any time soon if you’re not putting real money in the game first.

Hi there, This is a great review, thank you for taking the time to write it. Apologies if there was any confusion on our deposit offers, we do write the cost on every paid step, but if you found it confusing, would be great to get a screenshot so we can improve. Can you please email it to support@bringiton.games? In addition, the processing time is set by our payment providers, and mostly by Visa and Mastercard. Hopefully, after you've received your funds, you can update your review, as it would mean the world to us.

Fresh take on Bingo

I am really enjoying this game:-) I have never come across a bingo game with a story line and I think it’s a great story line( I can’t wait to see what happens next.) I am also impressed with your customer service. Kudos to you for such quick response to my issue. Although my issue was very minor you handled it quickly and honestly. Right now there are changes being made and I have to wait to get back to the story line, so please hurry. I can’t wait to see what happens next! :-)
