This was another way for me to easily confirm what I believe about having ADHD. Recently I was told my lack of concentration and inability to get thing organized was do to past trauma.
If this was 11 yrs ago I might agree, but considering I’ve dealt with the trauma and all my ADHD symptoms are still going strong and interfering in my life I do not agree.

When I’m nervous or in general I talk too much. My family has never really believed in the whole mental health thing. They think it’s a weakness to have a mental health issue, but the questions made me realize that maybe I’ve been living my life wrong.
