  • Does NOT support Zelle

    LINKBANK says they support Zelle using the LINKBANK mobile app. I’m typing this review while using the LB mobile app. Zelle is nowhere to be found. What’s worse, LINKBANK has zero FAQ or automated customer service after ‘banker’s hours’ 4:30pm EST. Forget getting ANY support of any kind on weekends. But hey, good thing the rest of the world doesn’t do transactions after 4:30pm either!

  • Mobile deposit the Worst

    Every time I try to mobile deposit it is rejected. So much for convenience. So annoying
  • Scheduling payment

    The options for scheduling a payment should be clearer. You should not have to select more options to schedule a payment for the following day without a fee. It’s just fee grabbing.

    This system is horrible. Unable to add, delete, change payees.
  • Best Banking App Ever.

    Shane Sinclair is a king among men and will never let you down. The LINKBANK app is the best banking app I’ve ever used and it’s all because I asked him to make it that way. He worked hard on this transition to this app and deserves a huge raise.

    The extra mobile deposit steps are too much.
    Should just be like it was before. Now you ask every check to be written on FOR MOBILE DRPOSIT . What else is actually happening when I snap the picture and hit the deposit selection???
