Can’t Change List Order
I paid like $40 for the premium one time purchase and I can’t even change the order of the list, which is super frustrating for grocery shopping. Please fix!

Hello, You can change the order rule. Open the application > tap the file icon on the top > Then choose your order rule you like.
Lack of Support
I really liked this app for a solid 6 months and it had become a staple in my day-to-day life to keep me on top of my goals. It helped me create and keep on top of a number of habits I was trying to build into my daily routine, and helped me stay productive. I recently cancelled my premium subscription and deleted this app to move to a new app. This app would constantly be upgraded to new versions that caused the app to be barely functional - super slow to load, glitchy, I would randomly get notifications for tasks I didn’t set notifications for, the default settings I configured weren’t followed when I’d add a new task etc. Usually when I reached out to the app developers to let them know, I’d get a response and it would be fixed swiftly. However, the last time it happened I received no response, and the app was basically unusable due to a recent update. I also reached out requesting if certain functionality could be made available, again, no response. Due to the lack of support and communication, I cancelled and moved to a new app that functions much better and has way more features.

Recurring tasks fixes needed
I was excited at first about this app. However it keeps dropping some of my daily recurring tasks from the list from one day to the next, which is very frustrating and so I no longer use the app.

The greatest reminder app I have ever used
I’m an extremely forgetful person by nature and if it weren’t for this app my secondary school experience so fat would have been far more different. Unlike most apps most features can be used for free and although there is a premium option it’s really just for a wider range of aesthetics.
Task ding
It didn’t ding when I had to do the task

i can’t tell if im wrong but are my tasks going away after time ? i write things down even if i’ll do them awhile later i opened my app today and it was empty was this a glitch?

Great app
Hi,
Great app, love the colour palate and themes (paid version). Sounds silly and a simple thing to have, but I love how smooth the app is and that you can create personalised lists.
Just a quick suggestion for future - if the widget options could be customised to certain lists instead of ‘all tasks’ that would be great.

Hi, thanks for your feedback and suggestion. Yes, you can customize widget to certain lists. Please long press the widget on home page, then you will see more options. Click "category" to choose more options.

i have been looking for an app to add a widget to my phone so i can boldly see what i have coming up. based on the images shown when i clicked on the app and the positive reviews.. and some negative. but the creators truly responded in a way, to better the app, to help all. im very excited to see how this can help my adhd brain to remember such simple task that will help me.

Please add an alarm
I was looking for an app that I could program the times for my elderly Mom to take her medications. Im so glad there aren’t any in-app ads or purchases. That would be confusing for her or any elderly confused with technology or struggling with some dementia.
I love the graphic options in this app. I set it all up for my Mom. looking so cute with the sunflowers. Then put times for her to take her medications. Even added some significant Birthdays I know she’d want to remember. Chose the best options for her alert sounds. Hoping they were alert/alarm that would continue to sound until my Mom heard it. Found her phone. Read the alert. Then turned it off. However, the alert is not an alarm. Darn. Let me know when the techs add this feature. I can’t find it on any other app. More sounds to choose from would be helpful too🙂 Thank you for this beautiful app. I’m sure your masterpiece is not finished yet😁
