  • AMAZING

    The key thing about this app is that its simple. The layout is very easy to use, and you can actually get things done when you use this app. I use this all the time, and it has really helped with my time management and getting things done. This is so much better then using a planner, which is just really hard for me with trying to figure out how long it’ll take to do something. With this i just have to type out what I need to get done, and then I actually get it done. This is a super helpful app, and you don’t even really have to buy the extra stuff to use it. Overall, really great app, and really does help with task management.

  • It is GREAT, best app I’ve used so far!

    I’ve always had trouble getting things done if I don’t have a list, but I need to always have my list on me, so a pen and paper has never worked.

    I’ve tried probably 10 apps in a similar function, and absolutely non of them beat this one! The design is so easy to follow, it does exactly what I need, (has categories, dates, and widgets).

    The free version isn’t very restrictive! Most apps I’ve tried block off having more than one category, you can’t have dates, and it’s just awful! The only things behind a “paywall” in this app are unlimited categories, reminders at specific times, iCloud sync, routines (repeating tasks), notes on tasks, and a bunch of other (mostly cosmetic things).

    All of these extra features, (for only 12 USD a year), basically makes the app a fully fledged planner. Having all that power in one simple app is for sure worth the money if you’re looking for it. However, I just needed a simple todo list with different categories to organize my life, and this app has WELL exceeded my expectations.

  • Missed Tasks

    So, I think the app is pretty nice and I downloaded it to try and organize myself better. I have a hard time getting things done unless I have a reminder to do it.

    The thing I don’t like, is the fact it pushes your missed tasks to the next day. If you have a routine set up and you miss some of the tasks, it’ll double them for the next day (if daily). All this has done is made it so I have like 500 tasks for one day, but the majority of them are repeats for the week. Nothing like it telling me to do a once a day task 7 times a day. I can’t even see my actual tasks for the day, because they’ll get buried beneath a mountain of tasks that were pushed forward.

    The app really needs to not automatically push missed tasks forward. I do think there should be a way to keep track of how many you’ve missed and how many you’ve completed - some sort of track record. But pushing them forward just is not it.
