  • They stole my money during my free trial and wouldn’t respond to my inquiries!

    I had downloaded this app last night under the guise of a free 3 day trial. They charged me the full annual subscription fee before 24 hours! When I tried to contact their customer service, they didn’t respond and now my chat feature is not working! I really had high hopes for this app as it’s aesthetically pleasing, has functions and features that are specific to it, and seemed to tie all the attributes of my productivity together neatly. I messaged them about an issue I was having with one of the features being glitchy, nbd. They didn’t respond. This morning when I opened my bank information and they had charged me the full annual fee! I tried again to message them and the messenger feature is not allowing me to send anything. So I sent them a message under the technical help function. I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and the unprofessional money-grabbing techniques they’re using. Hopefully, this review causes them to reach out and return my money!
  • Great in theory but not reliable

    I love the idea of this app, how many features it has, and how pretty the customizable aesthetic is. I really want it to work, but there are many glitches. My calendar rarely fully syncs so I always have to triple check that my calendar is accurate. The sync and update buttons rarely do anything to resolve it. Making a task is hit or miss. Sometimes it goes in, sometimes it doesn’t and you have to put it in again. Their support team is via chat and supposed to reply within minutes but will wait days or just leave you hanging. I pay for the subscription and barely use it because I know I have to double and triple check everything I put in there because it’s just not reliable. We don’t need more features, we need this app to actually work

    I have never left a review for an app, but Brite deserves my first and only one, thus far.
    When it comes to planners, notebooks and tasks it’s tiring having to open multiple apps to get everything accomplished. It is frustrating constantly in search of the perfect app to take care of it all.
    I downloaded 5 different apps this weekend (Evernote, craft, etc).
    I stumbled upon this one by accident on my search for the all in one app. It was the last download I opened and when ai saw it my mouth dropped and it was immediately purchased and still with no regret.
    I have never found an app like this and have been searching for one from the beginning.

    The only first initial issue I had was figuring out how to add files, images, etc to projects and other categories. I finally figured it out but almost gave up on the app in my frustration in figuring it out.
    That is my only ask, fingers crossed the developers will improve that process.
    Other than that, worth every single penny !
