Hi, This was probably because of the server downtime. Please restart the app, if that doesn't work uninstall it and install it again. Make sure that you logged into the correct account (each login -Google, Facebook, Apple...- counts as a separate account and you can have different balances in them) Have a nice day!Waker fox
