May arbitrarily decide not to pay for surveys and never paid for referrals, support is non existent
Stay away from BitBurst GmbH survey apps including Poll Pay, Crypto Bull, Cash Baron, and Gopinion for IOS. Use Freecash which is licensed with the same Borland.ai interface and others and has support that actually answers.
When the surveys don’t disqualify you after 100% finishing them to completion (I answer surveys honestly with genuine info and do not use VPN) the apps can be okay, and the instant payout is nice — until they decide to hold your payment for 19-30 days and the app blames a security system and the payment supplier concurrently for the issue with contradicting messages that are obvious excuses to hold money, both directly stating not to contact support as they cannot/will not help, which I already knew from previous issues that had not received a single response from the developers. My biggest issue being never being credited for referrals that showed, but of which I got none of the 30% promised and had verified my referrals did complete a payout.
Much better apps, unreliable payment, non existent customer service. Don’t waste your time when there are so many better survey apps.Show lessRichardMagiv

False advertising
This app does pay but not correctly. If you do a task the reward amount they advertise is not what will be deposited. I was to receive a reward of 50,000 they credited me 16,000 after successfully completing. Another was 4,710 they credited me 400. Contacted customer service more than once just get a generic response that they can’t help with any rewards or issues. So who is supposed to fix these problems? You do hours and days to complete these tasks and are not compensated correctly.Show lessjt1180

No good waste of time
I gave it a chance and sat down filled out the over bearing personal info . Tried to complete many surveys and did , only to be disqualified at the end .. My time is valuable as I’m sure yours is so something stinks , I believe this is a scam . That was my experience with cash baron ..JRodFPV

I had hopes for this app,. I’ve done surveys for ages and know they are frustrating. I hoped to make some money with this one. The app is bad. I click on a page and get a black screen. I finish totally a survey and it says I am not qualified. The qualifying questions should be taken care of in the beginning. My time is valuable. So is yours. They don’t think so.
Tried to find support. No luck. And they would have said they have no control over anything. That’s what they all say. CYA.
This survey app, like all of them, is a total waste of time and you likely won’t make any money unless you play their games. They all have certain answers that will knock you out. But what makes me ma is I did a JD. Powers survey —- a long one —- and it did not give me credit. Just a scam app folks.Show lessAncientThunder
