Feeling Pirate-ty
Came here to say download the Find my Ring app if you have an iPhone and Oura ring. YOU MUST DISCONNECT your ring from the Oura app FIRST before scanning. Counterintuitive, right? I somehow missed that in the instructions and spent probably way more time than necessary stalking around in my yard in the dark at midnight. When the app finds your ring take very small, slow steps and keep scanning until you see it.
I’ve had my ring 4 days. My dog swiped it off a nightstand. Maybe she’s part raccoon and likes collecting shiny things (I haven’t had the dog very long either). No pirate, no leprechaun, no bank robber has ever been as happy to find the $$ as I am. This app works.Show lessDrob800

I lost my ring at the beach on a SUNDAY. I didn’t realize I had lost it until Tuesday morning when I went to grab it out of my purse and it wasn’t there. We went back to the beach to look before I had to catch my flight home. I had this app and another app trying to get the Bluetooth signal. At first, nothing was coming up and we were about to give up but then this app came up with a signal and led me right to my ring! Thankfully it was just sitting on top of the sand. I have been searching for four days for my ring! I was legit making my family nuts asking who took my ring! I found this app on the Oura Ring Help page. My ring was at 2% - I put my phone on my bed and picked up a signal, ripped the whole bed apart, nothing found. My kids kept saying “look in your work bag!” I said I have three times, but dumped it out and it picked up a 5 strength signal. The thing was stuck inside my calendar binder rings 😂 we were all blown away at how well this app worked! Thank you!!!Show lessLike. woah.

Absolute lifesaver
After only having my ring for for two weeks
Of course I got very comfortable with taking it off to put on lotion washing my hands so I went through the day today, realizing I don’t have my ring I search for two hours. Tried to use the Oura app locator could not search through my car search through my house, then went back realize, there’s no warranty for ring loss. Saw the recommendations for this app and within 15 minutes found my ring and my coat pocket which I thought I had checked several times. Thank you so much for creating this definitely going to keep it and recommend it to anyone was better than find my phone.🤣😉😎Show lessDTR in Georgia
This App saved my sanity!
Tl;dr: Find My Ring did exactly what it claimed. The app did in 10 mins what I couldn’t do in 10 days!!!
I removed my Oura ring along with my wedding bands to do something around the house. When I got ready to go to bed upstairs, I noticed all my rings were missing. I’m so forgetful and instantly panicked because we just had our one year wedding anniversary, and I thought I’d already lost my rings. I searched the jeans I was wearing, found the wedding bands, and could breathe again. My Oura ring wasn’t there, though. I searched around my closet where I thought the ring could be but no luck. I searched a little bit more every night for about a week and was starting to give up hope. Then I got the low battery notification in the Oura app and was surprised to see the last known location was my house 2 hours ago. So it’s here somewhere but where??? For days, I was losing my mind to know that it was IN the house but no additional detail and that my chances of finding it were dwindling with the battery level. I searched and saw Oura’s rec for this app. The instructions were very easy to follow, and in 10 mins, I’d found my ring in my closet finally. I was so relieved, I wanted to cry. Lost my Qura ring went on Qura’s site they recommend this app. I was hopeful it was in my house I started un the lower level in my home and got a faint signal as i went up levels it got stronger finally it was high in my laundry room specifically the washer and dryer looked inside but found nothing thought maybe the bluetooth in my washer set it off. Went back the next day and looked in my dryer lint filter nope but it was still a strong signal then looked in the rubber seal ring in the door there it was I seriously would have never found it. Perfect for my ADHD brain
Spent literally hours looking for my ring in all the places it could possibly have been to no avail… even called a bunch of places I had been in the last few days.. no luck.
Then in my final moments of desperation to find a gift I haven’t had for that long, from my wife — downloaded your app by suggestion in the Oura app itself and wowee me — the thing is incredible.
It took me literally (literally) 5 minutes to find it, and brought me completely to peace and relief… I moved from room to room in the house waving my phone around like a goof… —and suddenly—2 bars appeared. But over a place I couldn’t figure out even led to the ring being..
Somehow, and I have no idea to this moment, it ended up under a heavy tallboy in our master bedroom (the only thing the app can’t do is playback the past, maybe version 2.0?)
there’s no doubt I’ll be shouting a tip for this app right after this review
and absolutely no doubt it’ll be the last time I use it. 😉Show lessjStrego
