Stanza is an FDA-approved prescription-only application. Fibrotherapy in the palm of your hand. Stanza provides Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Developed with leading fibromyalgia experts, clinicians, and people who have fibromyalgia, Stanza is tailored to the unique experiences of living with fibro. Stanza is designed to be used five to seven days per week, for approximately 15 to 20 minutes a day, over a 12-week period. After 12 weeks, it can be used as needed.     I was so excited to find this app…but I can not create a login.
    I also noticed the app has not been updated in over 1 month. Not a good sign.
