Crashes
My phone and app is up to date. App always crashes and can never utilize it. Needs tenants numbers and can never access any information when I desperately need it in the field. This has been an issue from day one. Not user friendly!If you want a lawsuit, go with Yardi!
Hands down the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. Training doesn’t teach you what you need to know. If you want to get sued and lose your clients, make sure to use this software.Great start
So glad we are here and at least talking about an app. It still is buggy on start up. Sometimes it spins and spins trying to authenticate but never makes it. Sometimes it crashes on start up. Sometimes it remembers my login info. Sometimes it doesn’t remember me so I have to reenter all the credentials. Very slow on start up. Painfully slow. I usually just revert to using my browser on my phone. But I’m excited to see where this will go and for lots more development!! It’s a good start.Show lessCrashing

Where do I get the company QR code to scan to use the mobile app. I did email and password but it says to scan company QR codeDeveloper Response
Hi, To generate your company QR code, log into the desktop version of Yardi Breeze. Once logged in, click the Admin menu drop-down and select Mobile App Setup. This app is a fraction of what the computer program offers. Considering appfolios app is the complete program, YARDI definitely falls short.
It constantly crashes while uploading inspection photos and you can’t add fields or name the inspections.. Yardi in general has a LONG way to go before even being in the same ballpark as appfolio. I’m a property manager so do yourself a favor and get appfolioShow lessDeveloper Response
Hi, We are sorry to hear you encountered issues while using the inspection function in the app. Feel free to live chat with our support team so we can help resolve those for you and use the Feedback feature in the app to share your experience with our development team (we already reported your feedback about inspections and wanting a full feature-set in the app). Our first release of the app was intentionally for users to accomplish key, routine tasks and not replicate all features in the full Breeze or Breeze Premier program. With that said, we continue to roll out new features with every release and will take all client feedback into consideration as we always do. My office transitioned to Yardi Breeze Premier 2 years ago and our maintenance team have been desperately asking for a mobile work order solution. This solves that need quite well. Very pleased.
It also gives me the ability to perform move-out inspections WITH photo upload. Saving me from having to take photos and write on an inspection sheet, go to the office, scan the paper, upload pics to my computer and then finally uploading to Yardi.
