The app does work well, but I wish connecting to it from a device didn’t invlove so many taps. Maybe that’s a limitation of iOS.gamer1408

Had the casmera for a few weeks and experienced no problems at all until last week, when it just wouldn’t connect to my WiFi. Told me my memory card was full. I clicked on the help button and within 3 min I was having online help checking, unchecking, trying, until the solution was found and corrected. I know many would have disregarded me as an old woman lacking in basic level IT skills, but whoever was in the other side was patient and helpful. Thank you for your help and the way you delivered it 👌🏽Show lessDebraladiva
