The app does work well, but I wish connecting to it from a device didn’t invlove so many taps. Maybe that’s a limitation of iOS.gamer1408

Had the casmera for a few weeks and experienced no problems at all until last week, when it just wouldn’t connect to my WiFi. Told me my memory card was full. I clicked on the help button and within 3 min I was having online help checking, unchecking, trying, until the solution was found and corrected. I know many would have disregarded me as an old woman lacking in basic level IT skills, but whoever was in the other side was patient and helpful. No photos in gallery
Why doesn’t the photos show up in the gallery. They go directly into downloads. I want to be able to choose which ones to download. When I first started using the camera it was great but with the recent update it didn’t work correctly. Fix it so it works againThe vzzwz

Camera works good, app needs improvement
The camera takes excellent photos & videos. The app needs improvements; when plugged into a charge source, the camera does not respond to connection requests. Have 2 and they both exhibit the same problem. Downloads via Wi-Fi are slow even when phone and camera are next to each other. Fix the app please.Show lessvern0159
Hard to find photos. Can I connect to house wifi?
No clear path to see camera photos. Not all photos are showing in gallery. Why?
Also, camera seems to only connect to phone when near. Not much use for a trail cam when I won’t always be near. Can I connect to home wifi? Instructions and app don’t help with that.Greg Austin TX

Set up only so far
Super easy to set up and the app was easy to download and set up. Have not used it yet but tomorrow it will be put to use.MatthewP57
