  • Does not detect movement as should

    The camera records hit and miss. I know that something is eating the deer corn but the camera doesn’t record it
  • Not compatible with iPad

    App doesn’t work with iPad. Unreal because iPad has a big screen and more memory. Just got app working on iPhone and setup camera 50 feet away, down one level and trough 2 walls. Connection works so far and has updated to my phone through the app. Need a few nights to see how things go. Low rating because it doesn’t work with iPad.

  • Not sure

    The camera didn’t take any photos its first night on the job. Not sure how to get only photos and no video. Could be more intuitive.

  • Picture Quality

    Set the camera up last night. Reviewed some of the images it took of walking across the area about 50 feet from the camera. If I didn’t know it was me I wouldn’t have been able to identify the person.

    Hello, dear user You can set the brightness of the night vision light through the APP. You can set the light to "high". Although it will affect the camera's usage time and power, it can solve the problem of insufficient brightness at night.
  • So many issues

    App won’t load on cell phone. Only loads on iPad. Only connects to iPad in the house. Outdoor location won’t connect with either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Contacting customer support for assistance. Returning if no connectivity persists.

  • Useless

    As a camera good but as for connection to your phone useless, last about 45 seconds then drop out and you shut down your phone to restart. Totally a wast of money

  • Not as described

    When I purchased this WebCam, it said it was Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled. The Bluetooth works on and off occasionally and the Wi-Fi does not hook up to your house Wi-Fi to its own Wi-Fi connection which only seems to stay on for a few seconds at a time. I do not recommend this trail cam for other than its ability to take nice clear pictures. If you only want to check what has gone by your camera via the microSD card, then it’s a fine camera, otherwise it has not worked as described.

  • No explanation for using MANUAL connection

    It says Camera out of range.
    I click option for Manual Connection and nothing happens.

    I just bought this and the brand new mini SD card but it isn’t recognizing the card…I’ve reached out to customer service and shall see…
